I love being a massage therapist because it allows me to combine my deep understanding of movement with my passion for helping others.

Born in Germany and trained as a professional classical ballet dancer with over 40 years of experience, I have always been fascinated by how the body moves and functions. Movement is life, and through my dance career, I developed an intricate knowledge of muscles, alignment, and biomechanics.

When I moved to the USA in 2000, I knew I wanted to stay connected to this world of movement and healing. In Germany, massage therapy is deeply routed in medical and therapeutic practices, and I wanted to bring the same approach to my work. Becoming a licensed massage therapist specializing in medical, therapeutic, and manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) treatments allowed me to follow my roots while making a real difference in people’s lives.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing clients find relief, regain mobility, and improve their overall well-being. Whether helping someone recover from an injury, supporting post-operative healing, or easing chronic pain. I am grateful to be able to use my skills to enhance my client’s quality of life. I also believe that learning is a lifelong journey. I am constantly exploring new massage modalities and techniques, expanding my knowledge so I can bring the most effective, healing and naturing experience to every client I work with.

Massage therapy isn’t just a job for me - it is a calling, a continuation of my lifelong commitment to movement, health and healing.
